Hello and welcome to the unofficial website for the tiny community of Alvo, Nebraska! My name is Brandy and I am the , of this site which has owner and primary editor which has been created as a means for our community to stay up to date on what is going on, share information on community events, and get to know our neighbors. I do not represent the Alvo Board of Trustees, have not been appointed by them as the editor, nor are any contributions by the Board affiliated with this website. I am the sole owner of this domain and while there are other contributors to the information contained on this site, I am the sole editor and web master.

While the site will be a continuous process of being updated, I’d like to let everyone know that this site is for the community. I’m more than happy to share your events, your well wishes, or just about anything that pertains to our little village. I will not, however, share anything that is potentially contentious, false, or lacking of any evidence. If you happen to have any issues with the site, please send me an email at editor@villageofalvo.com and I am happy to take a look at things as I work out any potential bugs.

With that being said, we’ve got the Board of Trustees Meeting Minutes, Agendas as well as the Open Meetings Act, information shared through the Alvo Community Improvement Association, and our Newsletters. Please be sure to subscribe to the newsletter, which is free, and you are also welcome to sign up to view the Board of Trustee’s recordings of Board Meetings which is $3 per month, $36 for one year and is billed annually.
